An AI Agent that does the follow-up email for sales person on real time.

Overview
In my role as a Salesperson, I will diligently follow up with leads after calls using communication methods tailored to our discussions and the notes I have meticulously recorded during the conversations.
🧐Problem Statement
How can we systematically design a comprehensive sales wrap-up call process that enables sales representatives to effectively document and analyze key discussion points with customers? This process should facilitate the creation of tailored follow-up emails that not only capture the essence of the conversation but also strategically convert prospects into qualified leads. By integrating advanced AI tools and utilizing data analytics, we can ensure that no critical information is overlooked, thereby enhancing the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the sales follow-up strategy.
📜Scope
1. Navigate to the wrap-up screen and choose a saved follow-up email template.
2. Review both manual and AI-generated templates before making your selection.
3. Users can view the AI templates' output in real-time, allowing them to preview the AI prompt alongside the generated email content.
