Overview

The Assistly- AI Agent was developed as a customizable, data-driven solution. Integrated within CRM or standalone software platform, Assistly AI Agent automates Ticket prioritization, resolving queries, Conversational while also providing comprehensive performance monitoring through a dedicated dashboard.

🧐Problem Statement

Your customer service team has a problem where they struggle to resolve customer issues independently, are overwhelmed by a high volume of queries that they cannot handle within acceptable timeframes, and frequently need to ask colleagues for help, creating bottlenecks that ultimately result in poor customer satisfaction and slow response times, failing to meet the success metrics of keeping customers happy through fast service delivery.

Given the current comprehension, it is imperative to provide training to the agent that aligns with the user input and the tasks designated to the agents. This will ensure optimal performance and efficiency in handling user queries and tasks.

Based on research and finding , started mapping with the scope of the project.

As a user i can monitor all different AI Agent how it is performing and take action if needed.

AI Agent Inbox and Auto suggestion

As a user, I can view all the clients assigned to me and Agent inbox, Where agent interacts with clients Manual and autonomously.

As a user, when i click reply with AI Agent , agents runs by checking all the data’s of the clients and needs of the client. Finally prepares to take actions.

As a user, I can edit the message based on my needs to send across to client.

As a user, i can view list of AI agents, where i have an option to view, edit and create new agents based on my needs and wokflow.

As a user, I can create the entire workflow of the agent by choosing model and instruct based on the needs.

Agent Workforce

As a user, I can view all the Workforce need for my workflow and also create new workforce based on my needs.

As a user, i can add condition to all my agents as well as to entire workforce to run based on the condition i prefer to resolve efficiently.

AI Studio - Knowledge base

As a user, i can upload and add all of my files , links and any information needs for my overall agents to train based on the data's which i feed.
